They opened the pool exactly as I asked; fixed a cracked pipe that needed fixing so that I wouldn't have to schedule a second service call; and were very professional, personable and engaging. Additionally, I had a toddler at my house that watched everything that was going on and was very intrigued with what they were doing. Being from the southwest and new to New England, I had never before "shut down" or "opened" a swimming pool before. Pool Tech is down the street from me, and I visited them last year to see what exactly is involved with opening a pool. They gave me a plastic bottle to gather a water sample from my pool, which I did.

When I returned with the sample, they did an evaluation of the condition of my water, gave me a numbered checklist with every element / chemical / treatment I would need to add, how to add it, when to add the next step, and what to do upon completion of the treatment, as well as what to expect.


They took what was a bit of an overwhelming experience and made it into a very manageable, dare I say "simple", sequence of tasks and helped turn our pool into a beautiful oasis.


The employees there are all very knowledgeable, friendly, and personable.


This was the second pool store I visited, after having a very negative experience with the first one.


5/5 highly recommend, and will be returning as long as I live here!
